@playroominspo: It was time to make a change so we’ve been leaning into more low-stimulation shows lately. I don’t know about you but for us, the later it gets, the more wound up my kids get. So watching a more ✨gentle✨tv show at the end of the day is making a huge difference. How? They are calmer and turning off the tv to transition to the bedtime routine is so much smoother😴. The slower pace, softer visuals and gentler sounds just seem to work for them! I also love trying to get them to watch shows that I watched when I was a kid. I’ve made a list below of our favourites and where you can find them to see if it’s worth trying. Also, let me know in the comments what low-stim shows you love to watch with your kids! 📺 Netflix📺 Octonauts Puffin Rock Trash Truck Tumble Leaf Curious George Magic School Bus Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood 📺YouTube📺 Caitie’s Classroom @supersimplecaitie Alphablocks Dragon Tales Wild Kratts Vooks Narrated Storybooks Bob the Builder 📺Disney +📺 Bluey Zenimation Handy Manny Doc Mcstuffins Dory’s Reef Cam The book of once upon a time Which one is your favourite?
