That price beats buying breasts or legs or thighs by themselves by a LONG SHOT! Get the whole bird then follow these directions! SEASONINGS: 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tbsp paprika 2 tsp thyme 1-2 tsp black pepper, to taste Olive oil to coat DIRECTIONS: 1.) Pat chicken dry with paper towel 2.) Drizzle entire chicken with olive oil. Coat entire chicken with seasonings and pat onto chicken. 3.) Place into a 425°F preheated oven. 4.) Roast until internal temperature reaches 165°F—about 20 minutes per pound of bird. 5.) Remove from oven when done and let rest. Use juices to make a delicious chicken gravy. 6.) hey just a heads up you wanna take it out around 155 fahrenheit because carry over cooking (extra heat in the meat) will take it to 165 fahrenheit. other than that A+!
