I've been butchering my own for 45yrs after I went to a processor and watched the dogs and cats "helping" the butcher, do my own sausage, snackstyx, balongna 4 flavors and deer dogs

it's like 200 for standard white tail processing here. give or take 15$ for the options like vacuum packaging or ground(all ground)/cut(backstraps, steaks, chips etc). smoking is were thos prices JUMP
