Nintendo can also brick your console, make it illegal to sue them by waiving your right to sue, and to top it off… they can also listen in on voice chat. As well as having problems with suing other indie developers (like Palworld). Nintendo is just RUDE. They wanna protect their IP so bad huh? 🤔 well… let’s get the FCC/FTC involved with the EULA investigation and hostile price gouging, as well as being a monopoly. USA 🇺🇸, UK 🇬🇧, and the EU need to strike them down and end the lawsuit. And file a counter complaint. We the people and the investors control Nintendo, as well as the video gamers. Not the other way around. 😡
