Find a way to do 20k steps , eat only 1,500 cal deficit , 160G protien , make sure you eat enough fiber , no fast food barley any carbs

I agree with getting zero sugar everything and don’t forget about sugar free condiments!! And for ranch get light ranch or mix the ranch powder with Greek yogurt
