These are next-level delicious and surprisingly easy to make. You’ll need: 6 large croissants 6 Chino Valley Ranchers eggs 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar 3 slices of ham, halved Sea salt & pepper Chopped chives for topping To make: Cut a diamond shape on top of each croissant and scoop a bit from the center to create a “boat.” Layer in cheese + ham, then gently pour in an egg. Season with salt & pepper, and bake at 375°F for 15–20 mins until the eggs are set and the croissants are golden. Finish with chives and serve warm!
