I am furious I am enraged and exhausted by the cruelty, violence, and sheer inhumanity carried out by the Israeli government against Palestinians. Every day brings new images of bombed-out buildings, dead children, grieving families, and entire communities reduced to rubble and somehow, the world keeps looking away. The collective punishment of an entire population in Gaza, the tightening of blockades, the deliberate targeting of civilian infrastructure like hospitals, schools, and refugee camps it’s not just a tragedy, it’s a moral catastrophe. How can this be justified? How can we watch the endless suffering and not call it what it is: an abuse of power, a sustained campaign of oppression, and a denial of the most basic human rights? This isn’t about defense anymore it’s about domination. It’s about a state that acts with impunity, supported by billions in military aid, ignoring international law, UN resolutions, and the cries of human rights organizations. It’s about bulldozers tearing through Palestinian homes in the West Bank to make way for illegal settlements, while families are left homeless, voiceless, and traumatized. It’s about a military occupation that has lasted for generations, where checkpoints, surveillance, and collective punishment are normalized tools of control. And it’s about a political system that dehumanizes Palestinians so thoroughly that their lives are treated as expendable. What’s even more infuriating is how criticism of these atrocities is so often silenced or deflected by labeling it as antisemitism when in reality, it’s a demand for accountability, for justice, for the basic recognition that Palestinian lives matter too. My anger isn’t rooted in hate it’s rooted in witnessing suffering and injustice over and over again while the powerful remain silent or complicit. People deserve to live in safety, with dignity, with freedom and right now, millions of Palestinians are being denied all three. That is what I hate not a people, not a religion but a system of violence that continues to crush human beings under the weight of occupation and war
