I usually will pick my son up, and just check everything make sure nothing looks wrong. I do skin to skin and rock him or walk around with him. Sometimes sing with him.. it's hard though.

Maybe try putting the phone down, picking up the baby, and giving her your attention and figuring out what she needs… idk tho 🤔

Best advice my mom ever gave me was to remember I’m the adult and I can outlast a baby I can stay awake longer I have more patience I can outlast her crying she will eventually go to sleep

Go into the bathroom , turn all the lights off and then turn on the faucet! We even had water sound machines but she only liked the natural water. It saved me so many nights

Mama turn everything off, dim phone brightness, a warm bottle, clean diaper, change of clothes and keep a pacifier on stand by, rock that baby or hum a song while standing. Worked with my every time and still does. He wakes up 2 times due to the diaper but still I get enough sleep

babies aren't giving us a hard time, they're having a hard time. and infants shouldn't sleep all night. yes some do on their own but babies waking up throughout the night lowers the risks for SIDS

Release your expectations. Babies sleeping through the night is more rare then babies waking through the night. Biologically they wake and sleeping through the night is developmental .

Is she old enough for her own bed yet? I put my youngest in her own room/bed at 4 months and she slept through the night. Added an extra ounce to her bottle and she was out.

I’ve always allowed my baby to fall asleep with me. And then I transfer to crib. Might help. Make sure she’s in a deep sleep before transferring. Cuddle that baby. It’s ok to pick her up and comfort

I hired a sleep specialist with my 3rd kid. Not all kids learn to self soothe even when give tools and are developmentally able. She was expensive but worth EVERY PENNY. 9 months of sleep deprivation

Okay first she does feel your tension. Calm yourself first…. This will pass. If she’s colicky try a warm towel wrapped around her belly. Then swaddle her..
