Chicken Rice is Singapore’s national dish, found in every hawker centre, food court and coffeeshop. With so much competition, mediocre stalls will not survive, so most shops sell decent chicken rice.

The chicken in Roasted chicken rice is not roasted per se. It is deep fried in oil.

Go to Chomp Chomp Market, order fried prawn noodles, satay with peanut n pineapple sauce, Bbq seafood, BBQ Chicken Wing which was pre-marniated and sugar cane drink.
