if water is giving you acid reflux go see a gastroenterologist. I had a hiatal hernia causing gerd and I waited too long. now I don't have a stomach

Can I ask if anyone with acid reflux coughs a lot as I cough all the time and GP saying it’s acid reflux and prescribed omeprazole, not sure it’s doing any good. Any advice would be appreciated x

Drink a litre of lemon water in the morning. No acid reflux. And my stomach feels so so settled. Juice of half of a lemon to 1 litre of water

I had problem swollowing from acid reflux, I came off ppis and started exercising daily, avoid trigger foods, eating healthy, drink lemon water every morning and fast 18 hours! No more acid reflux!

I started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice every morning with 16 ounces of water and literally have not had reflux since the day I started.

I have acid reflux because I have a hiatal hernia. so anything can give me acid reflux. sleep sitting up because of it or I wake choking

If I’m being honest I was healthier and happier when I was drinking 6-8 twenty oz mountain dews daily because I didn’t get reflux until I started drinking 2-3L of water a day

Yes, I have a sliding hiatus hernia. Lansoprazole fixed it.
