Its just the way it is. Universities provide a certificate as a sign of recognition. When that fresh grad get out of Uni, the employer recognize the persons academic accomplishments. Unfortunately, most businesses still looks for certifications as well as experiences and/or projects the person created. If you dont provide certifications and its not recognized, then its difficult for the new person to get a job. Dont get me wrong. Learning from you and other people who create courses does give 100% value and there’s more substantial information compared to universities.
