petsmart is awful! my pets had never been so stressed after grooming than from going there. i don’t even think it’s the groomers’ faults, just how petsmart runs things

love this! so many ppl come into my work (not petsmart) with doodles that they REFUSE to properly take care of and our groomers end up having to shave them because their mattes are so bad. the groomers tell them eeevery time and then they get mad. like bro if u can't handle a high maintenance dog, don't get one, it also takes the groomers WAY longer to do their job. matting is so painful and it's all over their body. how would u feel if ur hair was just all a hard ball forcefully being brushed?
