My 1-2 hr span of energy is from 8-10pm and I fall asleep anytime I sit down.. or stop moving really. For example I’ve fallen asleep at a red light, on the toilet, standing at the sink washing dishes.. I never stop moving but I never get anything accomplished 😭

My step dad is on disability for his narcolepsy. I’ve never asked him what kind, he takes an upper 3x a day and still takes a daily nap from 2-3. Hearing your story I wonder if that’s my problem 🤔

This is so me. I do have adhd and add and honestly partners is the HARDEST part. How do stimulants work for you? I fall asleep all over the place
