••• 📝Bahan-bahan: -3 ekor ikan peda (cuci bersih, bisa digoreng sebentar dulu agar lebih awet) -15 buah cabai hijau besar -10 buah cabai rawit hijau (sesuai selera pedas) -8 siung bawang merah -4 siung bawang putih -2 buah tomat hijau (atau merah jika tidak ada) -1 batang serai (geprek) -2 lembar daun jeruk -1 sdt gula pasir -½ sdt garam (secukupnya, karena ikan peda sudah asin) -Minyak goreng secukupnya Cara Membuat: 1. Siapkan ikan peda: Goreng ikan peda sebentar saja hingga agak kering, tiriskan. 2. Buat sambal hijau: Rebus cabai hijau, rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih, dan tomat sekitar 3–4 menit, angkat. Ulek kasar atau blender sebentar (jangan terlalu halus). 3. Tumis bumbu: Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu ulekan bersama serai dan daun jeruk sampai harum dan matang. Tambahkan sedikit gula dan cek rasa (hati-hati garam karena ikan peda sudah asin). 4. Masukkan ikan peda: Aduk pelan agar bumbu merata menempel pada ikan. Masak sebentar hingga bumbu meresap. 5. Sajikan: Angkat dan sajikan ikan peda cabe ijo dengan nasi putih hangat. 👉 Tips: kalau ingin lebih segar, tambahkan sedikit perasan jeruk nipis saat sudah matang.
