I had quite a few around my neck and I clipped them off with fingernail cuticle scissors. It does hurt but not too bad. Will bleed a little but it’s quick and you’re done with them.

What is a skin tag? A liver spot, mole or what? I thought it’s a newer word that kinda covers several things.

I used my own single stand of hair to tie 1-2 knots around the skin tag to cut off the circulation and it falls off on its own in 2-3 days. Trim the hair strands as close to knot so it's not visible
