He definitely ran that stop sign that’s on the corner. That’s negligence. All trucks supposed to stop including school buses before crossing railroad tracks.

According to FMSCA, it should take a tractor-trailer approximately 14 seconds to cross a single RR track. The driver has a license. They should've known better
