Put time limits on tiktok for example. So if you want to watch tiktok for 1 hour a day, you can set time limits. It helped me, since I got limita on my phone💕

Find that thing that gives you flow. Social media is not that. Do something that challenges you to a point where you actually have to put effort into it. Learn something new or play a new sport. Research a topic and explain it in great detail. just do anything for flow. Flow isn’t like playing a game that is childhood game because you already know it and you’ll get bored. I suggest doing the course “positive psychology” for more details. It is a online Harvard class, open to anyone but it is 30 bucks but you get a real certificate at the end you can print out
