@joherrstedt: As a 30 year old I can confidently say it’s a whole lot better than anything between 20 and 27. 28 was a transport year and at 29 things really started to fall into place and I proper felt like this is where I’m supposed to be and onward. On a surface level I’m hotter and more confident than I’ve ever been, on a deeper level I’m smart as shit, as in tune with myself as I can be (atm, never stop developing emotionally pls because you’d be surprised how many ppl fkn don’t and they’re out here being miserable and making dumb decisions with no proper sense of self) while not having to worry about an empty fridge. What a privilege. I’m hella funny too. Life doesn’t get easier, that’s a bit whack but you have the tools to handle it (most of the time). P.S. don’t feel pressured about having kids in your 20’s. It can absolutely wait. P.S. 2 it’s bonkers to think you have to have life and yourself figured out in your 20’s and it’s wasted time if you haven’t by 25.
