you can kind of just tell him to start that the wife was uncomfortable that he got a nurse and that nurses are required to do more than just watch monitors, it's kind of weird that she didn't have a conversation with her husband about when to have people over to visit him that seems kind of important, unless it's "normal" for the wife to just trample over him

They're both AH. It's not up to the nurse to decide when she or her children can be in the room. On the other hand, pretty sure hubby doesn't need an audience while getting a catheter removed

We all deserve privacy, and having had a catheter before for about 3 weeks, I can confirm there is always vulnerability, even when it's set, let alone during insertion. 1/2
