@mariiagad: Lifting won’t make you look masculine. Unless you’re juicing (which we don’t 😉), it’s extremely, extremely hard to build large amounts of muscle, especially as a woman. Men have 20 times more testosterone than we do, so going to the gym and lifting weights won’t make you look masculine or bulky. BUT it will: 📈 Increase your metabolism 📈 Improve longevity 📈 Help you stay active and play with your kids and grandkids 📈 Reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, cancer, hypertension, and more.
