@Darryl: Think of it like this- 90% of jobs have negative cultures. The remaining 10% are the good cultures. It’s physically impossible for the 10% to hire the remaining 90% of us.

I’m sorry, they can be a bad person. I was manipulated, controlled and coerced into what they wanted. I stood up and it backfired.
