It already was that. Most people complain when they try to claim. People should have to go in to claim unless they have some medical condition. They won’t stop people if they don’t have a driving

When I changed over from old legacy benefits just before Xmas 24, I only used my birth certificate and address, I don’t have photo id and they knew that!
