here’s my fav recipe, 1 large lemon, 1/4 cup sugar (85 grams for my fellow brits) and then squash it all together to a syrup with a lemon juicer and then strain it into a cup, some ice, 2 cups sparkling water, stir and enjoy

Being Pakistani, I use 1 cup of water to 1 cup of sugar. We add 1 light teaspoon of regular table salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black salt to it.
