My educaded guess is that excessive negative g-forces caused the main rotor blades to collide with the tail boom.

By pulling a lot of G's, the main rotor possibly broke off to pieces, whereas one caused the tail to broke off

It bet he pulled back to hard and the rotors actually cut the tail off. It sounds crazy but that’s what probably happened to the tail. And it’s 100% possible.

6 people (5 passengers plus 1 pilot) have been recovered - all deceased. It appears like a rotor separation. In that instance, there's nothing you can do to save it.
