JFYI They CAN arrest you for recording, they just can't say that's why they're arresting you in most states. Just had it happen to a friend 2 weeks ago. Still do it but be prepared

If ICE agents are not a recognizable officer (ex. Masked and I'm street clothes) It gives 100% legal rights to defend yourself or others from danger for fear of yours or someone else's life. ICE are monsters and monsters should be caged or slain. All ICE officials morally signed up for this, showing their monstrous self character.
