@abc7chicago: Flight radar animation captured the route of the doomed tourist helicopter which crashed in the Hudson River between New York City and Jersey City on Thursday, April 10, killing the pilot and all five passengers. This video, sent to Storyful by Flightradar24, shows the Bell 206 chopper traveling north above the Hudson after departing from a Downtown helicopter pad at about 3 pm. The helicopter then turns around and begins its journey back to where it came from after flying over the George Washington Bridge. The animation concludes off Jersey City, when the chopper plummeted into the water. New York Mayor Eric Adams confirmed the six fatalities, a pilot and a family from Spain, which included two adults and three children, at a press conference.
