So ALL 3 UNMARKED and 1 MARKED POLICE CARS PULL UP WITHOUT SIRENS, circle the apartments, AND JUMPED OUT with GUNS DRAWN, in plain clothes running towards my guy while he was looking in another direction. A shootout ensured. CHAOS; where people LIVE. 🤮🤬🤮🤬🤮🤬🤮🤬🤮🤬🤮🤬🤮 My guy was FORCED into survival mode by CPD officers who, for whatever reason decided to AMBUSH him, knowing he was armed. WHY? I don’t understand how that makes sense?? How can you cause the chaos and then cloak yourself in it?? The jury agreed. He couldn’t have intent while reacting to the police’s excessive provocation and initial aggression. IT IS SELF DEFENSE. We have to STOP JUMPOUTS by police officers in this city and nation.
