So basically she goes on about how bad this makes her look then after that the pool gets made and as she’s looking at it she see’s the sisters child Sophie and as she see’s her she runs off then the pool is made and mid way through the mom and both the kids come they ask her if they can have fun and she says yes and as the day goes on Amanda shows up says sorry and asks to join seeing Sophie doing a handstand underwater and she joins in the pool and asks her if she can teach the kids basic swimming and she says yes

It clearly states that Amanda bought the house and lives in it, the house USE TO be the family house, there for it's Amanda's decision, as owner of who gets to use the pool, regardless of her attitude
