Maliciously recording and treacherously using the 1st ammendment to get a payout by provoking Citizens, officials, employees should be enough to put these double agents behind bars. Provoking others and playing victim after causing an issue, altercation, trespassing, or invading peoples personal space and privacy puts them at fault of abusing the constitution (1st ammendment) with evil intent playing ignorant as if they didn't know what they were doing before going around recording playing journalist without any credentials.
