I have a 40 degree thoracic curve on the right side of my back. Weight training has really helped strengthen the longer weaker muscles on my left side and improve its appearance massively xx

Mine doesn’t look thus bad but my ribs and left side of my back is so painful does anybody know why I found out I have scoliosis no further info from the doctors

this was meeee when i was 13 with a 110 degree curve ! had some ribs out & spinal fusion so no more rib hump☺️are you planning to have surgery ? i can hand on heart say it was the best thing ive ever done x
