My theory: they were fighting, he got locked out, he broke the door in,killed her, cleaned himself off,went to the gym,locked the door behind him & acted like he didn’t know anything after the gym.

She did. 90% of the stabs wounds are shallow which means they are hesitation marks. Only 4 actually penetrated. Also why no defense marks on her arms if she was killed? She just sat there? Come on
