I think it had mast bumping which would explain why it’s missing the rotor head and the tail.

looks like to me something broke in the tail causing the tail to break off and taking out the main rotor! something mechanical in tail just blew up!

1,000% mast bumping.. I bet a quick maneuver to miss geese or birds during a MB and it caused the rotors to hit the tail. Tail would've come off first then props could've fell off next.

Slowed it down and problem happened with the tail first. Helo pilots/people saying it was likely a transmission seizure, when that happened inertia caused whole tail to break off right behind cabin.
