We always make heaps of superjuice in our bar, but we let the acids sit in a jar for 2 hours to extract oil out of the peels. That definitely brings up more flavour than just blending it up straight away.

Peels and acid need to infuse for two hours to extract the citrus oils and flavors. Still doesn’t beat fresh squeezed but better than store bought juice with additives and preservatives

I have never tasted a super juice that was even close to the quality of fresh juice. Unless you're running a huge program the savings are minimal, but the quality is way lower

Aren’t you supposed to let the peels sit in the acids for around 2 hours?

I made you this! 🇨🇦 :
This solves a problem that doesn’t exist and does so poorly. This is just a silly trend. I think bartenders are bored or something.
