There are recurrent UTIs and then there is a condition/diagnosis called Chronic UTI (of which a symptom can be recurrent UTIs). Look up Artemis Cystitis on Harley Street (pretty much only one of two clinics in the world which treats Chronic (Embedded) UTI.
