I have these in a small back room. Pur neighbours had the same thing with the same room next to ours as its semi detached. They sorted the cracks out 13 years ago but the house we just bought the old couple just left it so ours where very big cracks. we did have 2 surveyors look at the house before it was purchased and they said all was fine.
