I could easily get back on it within 5mins but iv learned the hard way where it takes me. I chose to socialise very little now and haven't drank for 2 years as it leads to other stuff

Thoughts will never disappear for us but by the grace of god and the 12 step programme tbe urge I once couldn’t fight has been removed. Meetings always remind me an addict and nothing will change.
