It’s really bad that the higher management within English Heritage & National Trust are misinforming their staff at properties, who then believe it’s against the law & waste Police time, when they’re more than aware that they don’t own the air space. I do however understand why they’d prefer not to have the general public flying drones over historic buildings but blatantly getting your staff lying to the public isn’t a good look.

If he’s stood in public and there is no air restrictions in place they can’t do anything.The CAA operates the airspace.Their rules and regulations don’t trim the law.😏😏😏
