As a senior gwm what I hear from older gay males is the loneliness of gay old age. I’m 67. I have some friends, many don’t. lonely folks need to step up and be more active in pursuing friendships. 😊

There’s no easy answer to that. It’s a combination of things of how you were brought up and your surroundings and your interactions with people. It’s such a complex subject.

My problem is I feel comfortable going out in a dancing environment as I train I very fit and lean and a lot of guy’s interested in me . However I socially bad and very introverted from true self

That’s exactly what happened to me. My family rejected me and the gay scene was not what I expected. So yea, all that lead to a lonely lifestyle
