Women are delusional🌹 :
I live in Dubai so it ain’t possible but we have a shop which specifically makes meat and o get grass feed meat and also I got raw honey from bee hives directly and I also have many natural fruits and for turkey I am still figuring it out bc they don’t have natural turkey but my bread is all whole west I always make sure to eat enough almonds for some extra protein and I use coconut water and and electrolytes and I have every single fruit basically and I have ginger and pomegranate a lot bc most of these are test increases but I obv do height exercises (HGH boosters) and some exercisers linked with wolfs law (however much tension in yours bones ur bones will adapt) and I grew a lot like 3 cm in 3 weeks and I still have baby fat and a lot of hair but on my armpits but it’s fine bc it’s a sign of high test bc I don’t have hair on face at least not that much and when I was a child I had good food and I still have good food and i am 5’6 and 13 and I believe I am still growing by a lot

@Den How much does it cost to climb Everest or K2? Climbing Everest or K2 is one of the most challenging and expensive adventures on Earth. The total cost depends on many factors like permits, guides, logistics, equipment, oxygen, insurance, and agency fees. Here’s a detailed breakdown for Everest (typical 2025 prices in USD) ⸻ Everest Climbing Cost Breakdown (per climber): 1. Permit Fees: $11,000 – $15,000 •	Nepal charges around $11,000 for a spring season permit per climber. •	Additional fees for liaison officers, garbage deposit, and other permits add $1,000 to $4,000. 2. Guide & Sherpa Support: $20,000 – $40,000 •	Most climbers hire 2-3 Sherpa guides, essential for safety and summit success. •	Includes Sherpas’ wages, insurance, food, accommodation. •	Premium Sherpas increase chances but cost more. 3. Logistics & Base Camp Support: $5,000 – $10,000 •	Transport of gear and supplies from Kathmandu to Base Camp, porters, yaks, helicopters. •	Setting up Base Camp and high camps, communications, weather forecasts, food, and accommodation. 4. Supplemental Oxygen: $4,000 – $8,000 •	Climbers typically use 6-8 bottles of oxygen, each costing $500–$900 including logistics. 5. Travel & Insurance: $2,000 – $5,000 •	International flights, domestic flights (Kathmandu to Lukla), local transport. •	High-altitude evacuation and medical insurance. 6. High-altitude Gear & Equipment: $3,000 – $6,000 •	Technical climbing gear, down suits, boots, crampons, helmets, sleeping bags, tents, cold-weather clothing. 7. Agency Service Fees & Profit Margins: $5,000 – $15,000 •	Expedition company’s organization, coordination, training, emergency backup, profit. ⸻ Summary Table: Expense Category	Cost Range (USD) Permit Fees	$11,000 – $15,000 Guide & Sherpa Support	$20,000 – $40,000 Logistics & Base Camp	$5,000 – $10,000 Supplemental Oxygen	$4,000 – $8,000 Travel & Insurance	$2,000 – $5,000 Gear & Equipment	$3,000 – $6,000 Agency Fees & Profit	$5,000 – $15,000 Total Estimated Cost	$50,000 – $100,000+ ⸻ What About K2? K2 is more dangerous and technical, so the costs are higher: •	Permit Fees: $8,000 – $12,000 (Pakistan government) •	Guide & Sherpa Support: $30,000 – $50,000+ (requires expert technical guides) •	Logistics & Approach: $10,000+ (difficult remote access, long trek) •	Oxygen (optional): Additional cost if used •	Insurance & Gear: Similar or higher than Everest •	Total Cost: Usually $60,000 – $120,000+ per climber ⸻ Why These Costs? •	Extreme altitude and risk require top safety, experienced Sherpas, and oxygen. •	High logistics costs: gear transport, camp setup, communication, weather forecasting. •	Government permits are expensive to regulate climbers and cover environmental costs. •	Sherpas’ wages reflect their high-risk job. •	Agencies must cover training, coordination, emergencies, and profit. ⸻ For anyone serious about climbing Everest or K2, these numbers explain why top-quality expeditions cost so much and why investing in the best support is crucial to reach the summit safely.
