tbh I know you said you have eczema but the areas the redness is (mouth, nose and then eyes) I think Perioral Dermatitis...not many gps are good with this sort of thing, but my go jumped straight onto

Avoid heat, spicey foods, sun. Eczema hates heat so it will trigger it.

You turned your comments off but I was gonna say the stinging takes away the itchyness so everytime it gets real itchy put the vinegar and salt on and it will sting but u wont have the itchy feeling

Salt water must be a thing. My daughter has severe eczema and when we spend time at the beach it goes away.

Focus on your gut health! The skin will reflect what’s happening on the inside.

Hi dear I’m sorry for what you’re going through, I’ve been through this before. What worked for me was: Uriage Xemose washing lotion + same cream + tanning. I know tanning is controversial

I was thinking- how about making two spray bottles up for the two mixtures!? Then you could spritz your face with salt water. Let it dry. Then the acv. It would make this easier to do daily.

Aristocort, Advantan, Aloe Propolis Creme, Cetaphil Sensitive Skin Moisturiser and Salt Baths work best for me! I will have to give AC Vinegar a go! Good luck 🤞🏼
