My nan recently had a heart attack, she thought she only had some indigestion, we realised when she was struggling to breathe a few weeks later that she’d had a heart attack and that had led to breathing difficulties due to not having treatment for it in an appropriate timeframe

I had neck pain similar feeling to whiplash before having a Pericarditis attack, which was chest and left arm pain. Was dismissed by 1st Dr then 2nd Dr tested high troponin
