For anyone that cares, I usually have a mug cake, spread 7.5g of Nutella and 40g of berries. Approx 210calories with 28g of protein. I am able to enjoy a "sweet treat" which helps me not binge.

This is very helpful and so true! I’m trying but not hard enough. Sometimes I’m not even realizing I’m munching away - 44yo perimenopause working mom 😩oh and one of my kids a driving teen lol I’m stressed 🙃
