You need to wear them at an angle! They have the tilted speaker bc of that! It’s ment for better fitting!

I bought them and returned them the same day bc they wouldn’t stay in my ears , ended up getting AirPod pro 2 and I love them!

Make sure your wearing them right, I watched a video that said the end of the AirPods don’t go straight down like the gen 1 & 2 AirPods they go at an angle pointing towards your mouth , sorry if you already know this lol

For me there fine… they dont fall or nothing… and i work 8hrs packing… i just take them off when im on brake and sometimes i dont
