More than just a physical change ✨💕 This video represents more than just a physical change. For me I started out because I wanted to just look better, but now it’s so much more than that. Fitness to me now is about being strong, challenging my body and keeping my mental health right aswell! You can see here my transition from being too scared to go to the gym, doing home workouts, most of the time I looked miserable, to finally pushing myself and going to the gym. Plucking up the courage to record myself in the gym with my phone up against a water bottle - to now being able to take out my tripod and mic and know I am worthy of taking up space! Like I said it’s more than just a physical transformation. My self confidence also grew massively. And I think it’s safe to say I look a lot happier (which I am) ☺️ The gym along side running has saved me in ways I didn’t even know I needed saving! 💕 So take it from me - we all start somewhere! You won’t know everything right away but all you can do is just try! Just start! Take the first step! I’m learning new things everyday and that’s what makes the journey so enjoyable for me. So incase you needed a sign - start going to the gym or doing that exercise routine you’ve been avoiding!
