See I always thought natural delivery was “major surgery” lol I was glad I had a c-section,scar healed great very small & barely see it. Recovery time wasn’t bad at all. The only issue was constipated

I had a c section.it was not planned& I cried bc of how scared I was. 4 hrs after I was walking to the NICU to see 1of my twins!! recovery went grt&my scar looks like a crease of my body. you'll be ok

I had an emergency c section and the best advice I have is WALK. As soon as u can WALK. I was back to normal by my first week with very little pain. I stopped all pain meds the first day out🫶🏻

as a mom of 3 that had to have 3 C-sections I pray your baby flips into position because I wouldn't wish a C-section on anyone! I felt everything on my first one... from the first cut to the very end.

Postpartum RN here. MOVE afterward, take meds routinely the first week, and get a supportive belly band to keep you in place. And DONT skip on the breathing exercises they have you do!

If she doesn’t flip Ask for the binder immediately! It felt AMAZING! Don’t over due it but also walk. The pain isn’t terrible if you can handle pain. The scariest part for me was peeing/pooing. 😂
