Can you remember the actual Pinot noir you referenced, I’ve been in wine for about 13yr and I don’t know that wine - pure curiosity, you’re fine dining experience definitely has exposed you to lots of fine wines I absolutely may not have ever heard of

I worked middle class restaurants all in my 20’s. After church crowd on Sundays and African Americans were most often the worst tippers.
