It’s actually not normal. It means you have poor circulation which means you need to continue to work out. Eat healthier, drink water. If you continue to do this eventually, your hands won’t swell when you walk.

Mine do this every time. It’s even worse when it’s hot out. It just started happening like 5 years ago when I gained a lot of weight I noticed.

From what my doctor said it’s because I have high blood pressure raise your arms that helps poor circulation

I get this too! I live a very healthy lifestyle so I’m not sure why it happens. I do have thyroid problems.. idk if that makes and difference?

Your blood is rushing to your hand. Happens to me and I put my hands up or pump my arms as I walk if that makes sense.

Mine do this. It started when I was a teen. Especially when it’s warm out. I use to walk home with my hands raised in the air. Probably looked crazy but I hate the feeling of swollen fingers

Mine used to do this, I started swinging my arms like you do when you run and it helps. When you go to dr ask them about this, might run some test to rule things out.

Pump your arms at your sides, 90 degrees, and they won’t swell🙂

You need to keep your hands above your heart and they won’t do that. Really swing your arms when you walk or just put your hands higher when they start to swell

This used to happen to me. since I have lost weight and working out in gym 5 days a week it has stopped. I can walk on treadmill for 40 minutes no issue. BUT if walking outside in TX heat happens
