@denisehamdan: Day 13/30 in my 30 days of healthy meal series is high protein low calorie pizza bagels ๐ 390 calories 25g protein for all 3! I enjoy this as a snack more than a meal tbh but I just HAD to share the recipe with yall ๐ซถ๐ฝ The recipe: - Take 3 slices of extra thin bagels and add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce to each - Add a total of 1/4 cup of lite mozzarella cheese - Sprinkle red pepper and parsley seasoning to taste - Top with turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese chunks - Preheat oven to 375ยฐ and bake bagels for 6 minutes.
