@erekasfood: Can't find pistachio cream of shredded phyllo? No problem....these DUBAI CHOCOLATE DATE BITES are made with 3 ingredient homemade pistachio cream and rice crispies. Makes 15 Ingredients: 1 ½ cups shelled pistachio ½ cup powdered sugar ½ tsp salt ⅓ cup avocado oil 1 cup rice crispy cereal 15 pitted medjool dates 1 cup dark chocolate chips Flaky Sea salt -Add pistachio, sugar and salt to a food processor and blend on high. Stream in the avocado oil and continue to blend until smooth and creamy -Add rice crispy cereal and pistachio cream to bowl and mix well. -Open the dates and place them skin side down onto a parchment lined tray. Place a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap on-top of the dates and use the bottom of glass to flatten the dates. -Spoon about a 1½ tbsp of the rice crispy mixture on to each date and press flat. -Add chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. -Spoon about a tbsp of melted chocolate over each date. -Top each date with a date of flaky sea salt. -Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy! *store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. #dubaichocolate #dubaichocolatedatebarks
