“Stuffed Bread rolls with feta honey dip”     stuffed breadrolls with feta dip is A delicious combination of cheesy doay warm bread with a sweet and salty dip and is one of my favorite side dishes that i love making Ingredients:  3 (16oz) cans of refrigerated Biscuits,  2 blocks (1lbs) of fresh low moisture Mozzarella, cut into finger sized pcs 1 egg, for egg wash  For the butter spread: 1 Garlic head, roasted  1-2 tbsp chopped Parsley  1/2 stick melted butter Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)   For the dip:  1 block feta Cheese 1/2 cup greek yogurt 1-2 tbsp chilli oil 1/4 cup honey Grated lemon rind  2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp Aleppo Pepper,  Extra honey for drizzling
  Method:  Preheat oven to 350F  To prepare the dip: place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined, place in the fridge.  To prepare the bread:  In a bowl, mix melted butter with roasted Garlic and chopped Parsley, set aside.  Pop the containers of the Biscuits open, spread evenly with a rolling pin, add 1-2 pcs of Mozzarella Cheese, close the dough all around until it forms a ball, place in a 12 inch buttered oven dish , repeat process until all balls have been formed, brush egg wash on top and place in the oven for 25 min or until golden.  For the garlic butter:  Add roasted garlic (you can use fresh ones too), melted butter, parsley snd parmesan in a bowl and whisk until well blended, set aside. For the feta spread:  Place all ingredients(except the Aleppo pepper & extra honey) and blend until smooth, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle Aleppo pepper and a drizzle of honey, set aside.
